These Terms apply to Cleaner Quote Calculator. By installing, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the app provides
Cleaner Quote Calculator provides tools for configuring cleaning prices, preparing estimates, saving quote history and sharing or exporting quote text and branded PDF documents.
The app does not require an account. Its data is stored on your device, subject to the backup and device-transfer services described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Estimates and business decisions
Every calculated quote is an estimate based on the prices, costs and job details entered in the app. You are responsible for checking the scope, calculations, taxes and final price before sending or accepting a quote.
Profit Guard estimates costs and margin from the figures entered. It does not guarantee a particular profit, margin or business outcome.
3. Your content and device
You are responsible for the accuracy of client details, business details, photos and other content you enter, and for having permission to use and share that content.
Because the app stores its data on your device and does not send it to BrightForge servers, you are responsible for your device, its access controls and any copy you share or export. Platform backup or device-transfer services may still copy local data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Pro subscriptions
If you buy a Pro subscription through Google Play or the App Store, that store sells and bills the subscription. RevenueCat checks the subscription status and helps restore eligible purchases. Prices, renewals, cancellations, refunds and restoration are governed by the store’s terms.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store account used for the purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful content or attempt to interfere with the app or its supporting services.
6. Availability and changes
We may correct, improve, change or remove features through app updates. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or free from errors.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be shown with a new effective date.
